  2. ok, first, I did not know that you could buy mushroom plugs on amazon! Secondly, I have been wanting to grow mushrooms for a long time since we never seem to be able to hunt our own. I too LOVE shiitakes. We use them for everything. It sure would be nice to be able to grow our own.

  4. Hi I have the logs I am trying to be as self sustainable as possible on my farm and have been foraging for wild fungi for years, back when I was the crazy lady in the woods and no one else understood why I did it. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have these plugs and get started!

  5. Why, I'd grow them of course! And count down the days til harvest thinking about all the delicious ways to saute or stir-fry them!! And like a true glutton, slurp it all down in one bite!!! Hmmm.... might need a bib. Got a giveaway for that too? :-P

  6. First I would convince my husband that he's not going to die if he eats one. Then my daughter's family would fight over them while I stood guard to make sure I got my fair share.

  7. Home-grown 'shrooms ... what a fun thing to grow and eat! I like 'shrooms with almost anything ... or as a main meal.
